Limitation of Damages
In no event shall Winch, LLC be liable for consequential damages to persons or property during use of the Willy.
Warranty Coverage
Winch, LLC warrants the Willy to be free of all defects of material or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase from Winch, LLC. This Warranty extends to the original buyer only.
Within the period of this Warranty, Winch, LLC will repair or replace, free of charge for parts or labor, any part which fails due to defects of material or workmanship.
Warranty Exclusions
This Warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services for the following:
- Repairs necessitated by use other than normal use for pulling underground.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.
- Corrective work necessitated by modifications or repairs made without Winch, LLC authorization.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
The buyer must promptly contact Winch, LLC by calling (704) 967-8558 regarding any defect, malfunction, or non-conformity upon discovery. An authorized service specialist shall determine whether it is most appropriate to repair or replace the defective part.
If the part is to be repaired, the Buyer is responsible for the costs of shipping and insuring the product. Winch, LLC accepts no liability for products lost or misplaced in shipment arranged by Buyer
Notice to Buyer
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. You have the right to bring any action at law or equity to resolve disputes concerning or to enforce the provisions of this Warranty.
If the buyer is not satisfied with Winch, LLC’s performance under the terms of this Warranty, the buyer may submit the matter for resolution to Winch, LLC, 1815 N. Rocky River Road, Monroe, NC 28110. The buyer is required to submit to Winch, LLC any dispute resolution under this paragraph before pursuing any legal remedies to which they may be entitled.
The Willy Winch must be returned, undamaged, within 30 days of purchase. Buyer must obtain a return authorization code from Winch, LLC by calling (704) 967-8558.
Winch, LLC is not responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It is recommended shipping with tracking and insurance as Winch, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged items from shipping.
Return Exclusions
The Willy Winch cannot be returned for any of the following reasons:

Purchase Receipt
Buyer must retain the purchase receipt and send a copy with the product when returning it to Winch, LLC. The refund will be processed and sent by check once the product is received. The normal processing time for refunds by Winch, LLC is ten (10) working days. If your refund has not been received after 15 working days, please contact Winch, LLC by calling 704-967-8558.
